Having read and thoroughly enjoyed the entire series of the Aubrey/Maturin novels, it was a great honor to be able to read this final, unfinished chapter of this great story. What a joy it has been to read all of these novels. I greatly recommend them to all and sundry, and will undoubtedly return to them again myself in the years to come (should I be spared to do so). Great stuff!
